Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or a store credit.

Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include all tags. 

Sale items and earrings are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase/reference number.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (Usually within 7-10 business days after receiving the return). However a handling & processing fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed. Then, follow the instructions communicated to apply your store credit toward your next order according to our terms.

A Store Credit is not limited in time.

Sale items & Earrings

Only regular priced items may be refunded (except earrings), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 915 Mateo St. #303 Los Angeles California United States 90075 with a proof of purchase/reference.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping (an) item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
